Great two bedroom condo seven minutes from downtown Bloomington. 10 minutes from IU campus. Easy access from I-69. Will accommodate 5 persons. For longer stay, there is an occupancy limit. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Beautiful wooded area behind the condo. RCA park with tennis courts, basketball court, and hiking just a few minutes away from the condo. Also nearby is the largest park in Bloomington, Switchyard Park, with several features, including free EV charging for four hours.
