Amenities include wifi, Amazon FireTV (movies, tv, etc. through Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney & related apps) in the living room and the 2 bedrooms, as well as, games, books, full kitchen, laundry room, porch area, private parking, garbage removal, and a private outdoor lawn area with gas bbq and picnic table.

The house is a duplex with a front and a back apartment. It was designed for both interior and exterior privacy for each apartment, including layout, insulation, solid core doors, as well as, separate entrances, parking areas, and outdoor lawn areas. The vacation rental is the front apartment. The only shared area is the laundry room. (see site plan in photos)

There is a Intex Dura Beam Standard Deluxe Pillow Rest Raised Airbed w/ Built in Pump, Twin Size in the larger bedroom closet. The most comfortable space for its use is also in that bedroom. The guest limit is 5 people, but you will now have the choice of this over the couch for the fifth sleeping space. If you'd like it to be set up prior to arrival, just let me know.
