24hr check in. Spacious, light filled attic bedroom with 1 x king single bed, 1 x king single trundle bed and desk. Access to bathroom, laundry and outdoor decks. Air conditioning in bedroom.

Stunning interior designed home in a quiet, safe neighbourhood.

5 mins to city. 400m to Rozelle village shops & restaurants and 800m to public transport. Plenty of unmetered off street parking in front of house.

WIFI access. N.B this is an attic room, so no actual door but is very private (see pics)

This is an attic room so there is no door, but it has a curved staircase, with covered entrance, so is very quiet and private (see pics)

I sometimes rent my other spare room. If this room is booked, you may have to share the bathroom with another guest. I have my own en-suite bathroom.

This is simply a room with shared bathroom and access to kitchen to store food/make refreshments, but not to cook.

No time restrictions re entering and exiting house. Come and go as you please.

I like to dine alone and work late on the computer in my dining area most nights, so I am not available to socialise with guests.
