This one bedroom apartment is located in Gurwood St, it is top floor so there are 3 flights of stairs and has great views. The complex itself is an older style building. My apartment is newly painted carpeted and decorated. The kitchen is dated and a refresh is coming soon, but we have all new appliances fridge, microwave, toaster as well as pots pans cutlery and tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, hairdryer. Split system reverse cycle electric heating/cooling. All linen provided and also electric blanket on queen bed in winter. Generally more suitable for singles/couples in town for business or pleasure.
Check-in 2pm, checkout 10am.
