Spinola Park Lofts are one of our new latest addition. These apartments are set on the most quintessential area leading to the picturesque Spionla Bay. These elegant accommodation apartments are a unique blend of modern and traditional yet offer comfort and tranquility.

Located most probably, in the most exclusive part of Spinola Bay, these trendy apartments are a fit for anyone who is after a hassle free holiday whereby this exclusive rentals form part of the Spinola Park Complex which is in itself a living village stocked up with any amenity required both for long and short stay varying from in house Supermarket, Stationary shop to elegant Restaurant completed by a massive private car park accessible by lift from the entrance lobby.

These condos come complete with 24/7 help desk which makes it ideal for unrestricted checkin time. Besides these exclusive amenities, each apartment has granted, access to an outdoor pool just across the road, ideal for families with children who prefer pool to our blue sea.

The design of each apartment is minimalist yet inspired to reflect comfort and design. The original and typical Maltese architecture are still reflected in some features. They vary from Studios, 1-bedroom apartments to loft s with terrace that cater for 5 persons comfortably.

The 50sqm Loft comes complete with neutral tone colour décor. It features a complete kitchen with oven, dishwasher, hob and more. Leading to the spacious living area with sofa, that turns to a 140m wide double bed, with flat screen tv with free wifi and cable tv stations both located on the first floor. The bedroom with en-suite are located on the 2nd floor accessible with stairs.

The loft comes complete with 1.5 bathrooms. Having an en-suite with full bathroom and a half bathroom with toilet and sink next to the living area. The bathroom is quite spacious, it has a walk-in shower with rain fall while the half bathroom comes complete with both dyer and washer.

To ensure a goodnight repose the beds are adorned with high quality memory foam mattress. The apartment is ideal for couples and friends as the bed can be separated to form 2 single beds, while if more privacy is required the sofa can be used as bed as it is indeed a sofa bed.

These apartments are just a made match for all those who are after a comfortable, budgeted price stay where no car is required yet a stone drop away from St Julians and all of the action the town has to offer.

Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants.

Please note that due to current pandemic pool access might not be possible or restricted.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below:
- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
- 300KWh- for villas
We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.

Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Spinola Park is located in the heart of St. Julian’s. The project delivers a high quality working lifestyle with the comforts of being in a green, thoughtfully curated space.

Spinola park is a Green project - Efforts to limit impact began even before construction as the rock excavated from the site was recycled as aggregate for the concrete. The terraces which characterise Spinola Park’s facade are adorned with over 90 linear meters of lush vegetation per floor; designed by internationally renowned French landscape architect Patrice Marchal. The irrigation of these terraces will use recycled water from the AC units to keep maintenance costs low and waste minimal.

The green roof will provide energy-saving insulation for the whole building as well as soften the visual impact of the project. Waste separation and recycling will also be implemented in the waste management system.

These design choices were carefully made to keep operating and common area costs to a minimum while enhancing the Spinola Park lifestyle.
