SALT 4 is a spacious and impressive new luxury apartment that is perfect for couples and located right in the heart of the very popular Sorrento Village by the sea. Only minutes walk to the amazing variety of shops, Restaurants, Cafe's and the Sorrento Beach. Leave your car in the secure park and stroll through the Village centre or to the nearby bayside beach.
Beautifully presented, tastefully furnished and in the ideal location - all make for the perfect holiday destination.
The apartment is in the new Salt Complex and includes the use of a secure basement car park.
With the apartment being located on the ground floor, there is easy access from the main entrance and lift access to the secure car park. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are spacious, modern and with an abundance of natural light. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. The fully equipped kitchen is very well appointed and has a dishwasher, microwave and coffee pod machine with easy serving to the 4 seat dining area.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet.
The lounge room has a comfortable 3 seat leather couch, TV, Foxtel, BluRay and free Wifi.
Comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air conditioning.
High standard linen and towels provided (byo beach towels).
Secure basement car park space.
Laundry area with front load WM and dryer.

If you’re looking for something really special, seek out beloved local jeweller, Katie Rose, specialising in bespoke design.

Sorrento is known for its romance, making it the perfect place to host weddings. And if you love the sea but prefer staying dry, there are always fishing trips, bay cruises on the ferry, yacht charters, or simply a BBQ picnic down on the foreshore.

I live in the Local area and enjoy all that's fantastic about beachside living with the pleasures of the calm Bayside beaches as well as the long stretches of Ocean Coast with its Surf, isolated sandy coves, rock pools and km's of Sandy Beaches.
The Mornington Peninsula is amazingly diverse in what it offers to Visitors and Locals alike. There are National Parks to explore and km's of walking tracks that are easily accessed. Water activities are very diverse either in the calm Bayside waters or the Ocean Waves and many rock pools.
The Mornington Peninsula is also famous for the diversity of Food and Wine to suit all tastes and budgets and don't forget to pamper yourself at the Peninsula Hot Springs that is always enormously popular.
