Surrounded by farms, 1 mile north of Coot Lake, 10 minutes from amazing mountain hikes, and 2 minutes from trails galore. Safe, quiet, cul-de-sac for the kiddos to ride their bikes or walk your pup. Amazing views and a quick drive to Boulder, Eldora, Longmont, and Gunbarrel. This cozy spot is within a spilt-level home and provides privacy as a separate unit.

Master bedroom has an amazing king-size bed and in the main room, the sofa is easy to convert into a seriously comfy queen bed. 40-inch flat screen TV. Food prep supplies like a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and single burner in the kitchenette, along with filtered water. Outdoor area to chill in and access to a quarter acre front yard on a cul-de-sac. Your entry is through the garage as is your parking spot. Garage storage for your bike is expected and welcomed. Safe, quiet, beautiful, and cozy.

Not actually in Longmont (that is the mailing address), this is the premier and primary area for bikers and runners in Boulder, for both visitors and locals. Dirt roads and long quiet rides are a-plenty, as it is literally on the Iron Man race course. Just a bike ride away from Avery Brewery and lovely bird-watching and kid-friendly strolls around Coot Lake. Trails are abundant. Boulder is a quick drive and where we do most of our lives, so you know it is not hard to get to. Pearl Street is a 12 minute drive, as is CU. Grocery stores are nearby as well.
