This newly renovated apartment of 53mq is situated in an ancient family farm called Casa Canvesa, perfect for smart working and for spending relaxing holidays in the midst of nature and near the centre of Orta San Giulio at the same time. It has an indipendent entrance and is surrounded by a large garden of 2000 mq available to our guests and parking. The apartment consists of a large living room (28mq), a cozy bedroom (21 mq) with a double bed and a bunk bed and a bathroom (4mq).
