This flat is currently only available to essential workers or those who comply with the current legislation. If you want to stay in the heart of Swansea come stay at our quirky, lower ground floor apartment which is walking distance to the main shopping area. Clean and straight forward flat in an urban environment. Great for a low cost city centre stay, close to the beaches and local natural beauty.

Our flat is based on the lower ground floor of a City house only two blocks from the centre and also just a short walk to the main Swansea Bay. We offer a light & bright, cosy and clean accommodation for short or longer stays at a great price. Great for business and leisure visits to the centre of the city.
Gas central heating is available the boiler is in the living room for you to turn up or down as you prefer.
The main train station is also walking distance, as is the main bus station which can take you to explore further afield to more of the beaches and delights of the Gower

Guest access the apartment via stone steps to the lower ground floor private entrance. The entrance is accessible but please check the pics as some may find using this entrance difficult if you have any disabilities. Unsuitable for wheel chair users.

Carlton Tce is two blocks from the The Kingsway, the central boulevard in the city which has recently been updated. You will be very close to shopping, nightlife and the beaches, all are a short stroll.
We would recommend a visit to nearby Mumbles (transport needed as a 10 -15 min drive) and the trendy area of the Uplands is always good for bars, cafes etc. (10 min walk) We also recommend a visit to the historic indoor Swansea Market located right in the middle of the City offering locally caught cockles, Welsh pasties and most importantly Welsh Cakes! The quirky Cinema & Co offer films with popcorn, fizz & even a slice of pizza whilst watching on a deckchair, the LC2 is close by with all sorts of sport and swimming pool, Swansea Museum boasts their very own Egyptian mummy and the Waterfront Museum tells the story of Welsh life. There is so much to chose from.
Access to arterial routes, the train and bus stations are good which helps you to explore much of what Swansea has to offer as easily as possible.
Parking is available on street opposite the flat, and its free! ......best not to park in the resident parking bays, these are clearly marked!
