This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom cottage with a sleep-out is in the perfect location and directly opposite Iluka Bowling Club. The cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom plus a separate toilet. The kitchen is well appointed and includes a dishwasher. There is an undercover outdoor area at the rear of the cottage, perfect to enjoy a BBQ meal.

Salt Water Cottage is situated within close walking distance to most things in Iluka with the bay two streets away and the main street just around the corner.
