Set in pleasant bird-filled gardens bordering a trout stream, our suite has queen bed, bathroom with shower and spa bath, and kitchenette. Iron available on request.
Touring visitors are welcome to use our washing machine and clothesline!
The suite is suitable for one or two people; it is not suitable for a family although we can provide a single mattress on the floor if necessary.
We provide a light breakfast, and there are excellent local eateries for lunches and evening meals.

Tila
For the active-minded, we have tennis rackets for use in the courts across the road. Also we have a pool table and an exercise machine available in a separate building. You are welcome to try fishing from our garden, but must bring all your own equipment.
There is a petrol station-cum-post office nearby which stocks milk and bread, but for other shops you will need to go to Marysville (11 kms) or Alexandra (30 kms) or byo from the city.
The area has many music festivals and art shows during the year – the winter Beanie Festival in Alex is very special - and Marysville and Alexandra both host markets. Marysville markets are scheduled for the second and fourth Sunday of the month while market season in Alex is from September to May on the second Saturday of each month from 9:00am to 1:00pm in the grounds of the former railway station in Station Street. Stalls include food, fruit and veg, craft, plants and herbs, jewellery, and entertainment
Marysville market boasts crafts, gifts, clothing, plants, soaps, preserves, jams, chutneys, olive oil, honey, fresh fruit and vegetables and wine. The market is bi-monthly in the warmer months but restricted to the second Sunday during the winter months.
Both towns have interesting op shops and plant nurseries.
With all the rivers and streams, the scenery is picturesque indeed and there are many picnic grounds along the main highways. The area is ideal for those who like to walk or climb the hills nearby.

Vieraan pääsy
You will have your own suite, as pictured, which is attached to our house.
Your bathroom includes a hand basin, toilet, and a shower in the bath which is also a spa.
Your suite includes a kitchenette with fridge with ice tray, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, chopping board, supplies of tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
In addition, we provide a light breakfast of muesli, milk, bread, butter and marmalade.
Feel free to explore our garden right down to the river. It is a work in progress, as all gardens are. King parrots visit us regularly, as do wrens, kookaburras, black cockatoos, pardalotes and crimson rosellas.

Muuta huomioitavaa
We require you to vacate by 12 noon on your day of departure, although we can accommodate your luggage until later in the day if you are wishing to stay longer in the area.
On occasion we will be away, but we will alert you to that and give you details of parking and keys etc. in advance.
