This beautiful 1912 historic home has all the charm and personality! Greeting you at the entrance is a beautifully restored floor made of teak wood along with a brick wall which was recently restored decorating the dining room. This antique marvel preserves the character of a 100 year old home with all the comforts of a newly renovated home. *****In addition to thorough cleaning, we are using 2 UV lamps that serve the purpose of sterilization and disinfection****

This beautiful 100 year old house was recently restored. It has hard wood floors throughout and plenty of space. The space comprises the first floor of this historic house with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both rooms have queen sized beds, upon request we can provide an air mattress for additional guests. There is a large living room with Roku TV and an ample dining area to enjoy dinner time . Prepare your breakfast or coffee in the beautiful kitchen and sit on the porch. The House has plenty of natural light and high ceilings.

Vieraan pääsy
You will be staying on the first floor of this historic home. The main door on the porch (red door) is your entrance. There is a second unit on the second floor that has a separate entrance to the right through a set of stairs. Both units are completely separated (wall was built) and cannot enter into one unit from the other. You can park anywhere on the street. There is plenty of space to park on the side of the house.

The neighborhood has been changing over the years with breweries (Strings, Hyperion and Six and Main) and fun restaurants opening their doors. Enjoy a delicious pizza at Crispy’s or enjoy southern food at Uptown Kitchen. Coffee shops like Social Ground are a just a couple of blocks away. We are minutes away from Downtown and in close proximity to other major hot spots, like San Marco, Riverside and the Jacksonville Jaguars Stadium. We are conveniently located by Liberty Park and on the other side of the street of The Boys and Girls Club and Police Substation.
