- Code encrypted front door and back to base alarm system fitted.

Muuta huomioitavaa
While we welcome guests to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, weekend get-togethers and all the other various occasions - it is extremely important the following Terms and Conditions are adhered to during your stay:

- Noise to be kept to a minimum at all times however strictly no noise past 10pm on weeknights (Sunday to Thursday) and 12am on weekends (Friday to Saturday). The home is in an incredibly quiet residential area and neighbouring residents reserve the right to call the Police should they feel disturbed or suspect a large gathering. Should an event occur where Police is required, all guests will be evicted and may not have the security bond returned.

- The home can occupy 14 people only and at no point should this number be exceeded without approval by the Host.

- Rubbish is to be collected and placed in the wheelie bins provided. Any additional rubbish that cannot fit in the bins will need to be taken and disposed of by the guest (failure to do so will result in a $100 removal fee).

- Furniture is to be left exactly how it was found. Indoor furniture is to be kept indoors and outdoor furniture to be kept outdoors.

- Food and drinks are to be removed from the fridges and freezers upon departure and disposed of accordingly (waste and recycling).

- Outdoor BBQ can be used however will need to be cleaned and left how you found it (cleaning products and materials provided).

- No glass, drinks or food to be brought into the pool area.

- Smoking allowed but outdoors only (except inside the pool area). Cigarette butts should be disposed of in the ash buckets provided.

- Parents with children please ensure your kids are supervised at all times to avoid un-necessary fingerprints on glass, going through draws and cupboards or creating spills/hiding rubbish etc.

- All dishes that are used must be cleaned before departing. The home offers three dishwashers and a double sink in each kitchen - there is no excuse for this to be left behind.

- CCTV at front entrance, garage entrance, backyard and inside the formal living and dining area. Please note this will only be accessed for evidence of any damages.

This was once the home of Parisa and her lovely family - please keep in mind that all furnishings, manchester and sundry items are personally provided by the Host - nothing is rented or outsourced. Please treat the home as if it were your own. We ask that the home is departed in a clean and tidy way. The cleaning fee is charged to have the home prepared and live-in ready for the next guest.
