Set in a private location along a country track close to the villages of Querceto and Ponteginori, in the region of Montecatini Val di Cecina and half hour drive from Volterra , this spacious farmhouse boasts wonderful views of the surrounding area. This is a superb retreat for large families or groups to enjoy the Tuscan sun, with open and covered terraces and large private grounds.

The villa is set over 2 floors and has separate access to both so ideal for 2 groups staying together. Each floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, own kitchen and living areas.

Outside is perfect with kids as plenty of space to run around and enjoy the gardens and pool.
