3-story modern muse nestled in NuLu with breathtaking downtown views is one of a kind and a traveler’s dream! This spacious house was designed by Shed Design and Build with modern architecture throughout. Boasting sliding walls allowing rooms privacy or more open space, stainless Bosch appliances, granite countertops, bamboo flooring, and a large veranda that wraps ¾ of the 3rd floor allowing plenty of space to enjoy those views outdoors. The first and second floors offer a large covered patio or balcony overlooking a beautifully maintained backyard for privacy. This is loft style urban living at its finest. Wonderfully located near Butchertown’s own Copper and Kings Distillery, Butchertown Grocery Restaurant and Play Dance Bar. You are also just 3 blocks from some of NuLu’s favorited spots such as Nouvelle, Garage Bar, Galaxie, and Decca just to name a few. All of this making the perfect place for your visit!

We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).

The house is comprised of three unique spaces connected by an interior staircase. Each floor can be an independent space, equipped with kitchen, living and dining areas.

Guests will have access to everything in your reserved apartment, private backyard, and three-car garage for off street parking, accessible via the rear alley.

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent by e-mail at 3 PM EST the day prior to your arrival and will include information related to parking and property access. Check out is at 10 AM.

We do our best to accommodate all early check-in and late check-out requests. Please contact us the day prior to your scheduled check-in or check-out to discuss. Check-ins before 2 PM and check-outs after 11 AM will have an additional cost.

This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.

Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.

We are walking distance to downtown museums, Slugger field, waterfront park, the pedestrian bridge, the skate park, and a plethora of shops and restaurants. The list of dining options is expansive and varied. You will find everything from a delicious handmade muffin at Please and Thank You to a decadent 3 course meal at Butchertown Grocery. There are intriguing shops and galleries on Market street and scattered throughout the neighborhood. The free trolley picks up passengers a block away and cabs can be called at all hours. Our favorite thing about this neighborhood are the warm neighbors, business owners, service providers and shop keepers that call Butchertown home.
