If you are looking for the perfect escape....we have it..right in your backyard! We have a corner unit located on the 2nd floor in a very quiet building. With a private beach and direct access to the Weeki Wachee river you can swim, paddle and enjoy the peace anytime with ease. We have 2 bikes, 1 kayak, 1 paddleboard, video game, card/puzzles for your use. Clubhouse/Grill/Pool/Jacuzzi/. Ready for move in, 3 month minimum and discount for any 6-12 lease.

Key Code access to front door, we will email you the code prior to move in.
For guests with extended stays (beyond 30 days) the cable, water and wifi is left in the owners name and part of the rental- the power will need to be set up in your name. We will provide ample time to do so and the direct number to call when you arrive. Average power bill is $80.
