Relax after a long day on the mountain in this classic skiier's condo! Set up in the Founders Pointe community, guests can enjoy an incredible proximity to the mountain and Village during their stay. The gas fireplace is perfect for sinking in front of at the end of the day. The minibar-style kitchenette, complete with granite countertops, provides enough room to assemble simple meals during your stay. Of course, guests will be able to spend time on the shared deck with its grills, lounge chairs, and large outdoor fireplace set up for guest use. There's plenty to enjoy in this little retreat at the mountain.

What's nearby:
This condo's fabulous locations sets guests just 150 yards from the 10-person gondola. Guests are just at the base of Winter Park Resort! When you're ready for a shopping break or are ready to dine out, The Village is just across Winter Park Drive. If guests want a lighter winter activity, Fraser Tubing Hill offers fun just six miles from the resort.

Parking Notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Vacasa does not control the parking - Winterpark Resort has a - Parkmobile App - that you can download and pay via phone/credit card. If you have any issues, there is a phone outside of the gate that you can call for assistance. It will ring when you pick up the receiver.

Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the parking garage. Parking is complimentary during the summer and $16/day during the winter.

Guests can buy parking at $16 a day (parking is noon to noon). The garage code will start working at noon the day of your arrival and stop at noon on the day of departure. If you do not exit the garage before noon, the association will charge you $16 for an extra day.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
