Welcome to historic Aldape Heights in the arguably most coveted neighborhood in all of Boise: the East End! Walking distance to Boise’s best including the foothills trails, downtown, Boise State University, Boise River and green belt, and many of our amazing parks - not to mention the park right across the street! The highly walkable East End is known for its darling historic homes, proximity to foothills and the river, quiet streets lined with big nature shade trees, and friendly neighbors.

Our home is up on a hill overlooking, well, everything! We enjoy an almost 360 degree view of Boise, the hills, mountains across the valley, and breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. This hill is the historic Aldape Neighborhood, built by the Basque Aldape family, and is Boise’s first neighborhood nestled in the foothills. Boise enjoyes the rich influence if a large population of Basque folks and the rich Basque culture. We have tried to include this feel in our apartment for you. We recommend a trip to the historic Basque block in downtown Boise for some inspiring history and delish food!

Hi all! We love the sharing economy and use Airbnb as both guests and hosts. We've lived in Boise for over a decade and are happy to share our community with you. We like to cook, garden and enjoy the great outdoors as much as possible.

We live upstairs and enjoy spending time outside in the yard. We will probably cross paths at some point in your stay but are happy to give our guests space and privacy. Our laundry room is at the base of the stairs before the front door of the apartment so we may be in and out of that room on occasion.

It is also important to know that our house is old, and noise from walking on old wood floors and talking can be heard in the basement. We do our best to settle down early and tread lightly in the morning.
