Wall Street Suites is a new micro suite fashioned from what was once the city's water department. Large water pipes and old meters decorate the halls of this newly remodeled attraction. Just a hop, skip and jump from East Campus (Neely, Mae Smith & Schneider Halls).

To attract the highest quality guests, we require a security deposit hold ($300) by the guest.

I'm Allison, owner and operator of Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals- a property management company exclusively for short term rentals. As you can tell by my reviews and Superhost status, I LOVE what I do.

I have been an Airbnb host since 2016. The husband and I started hosting guests on our 50 foot motor yacht on Kentucky Lake when we owned and operated Kentucky Lake Boat Charters. We love meeting new people and sharing our best experiences- so much in fact that we decided to build cabins on our property to host guests in southern Illinois. Thus, Dam Near Lake of Egypt Cabins, LLC was born.

After a couple of years under my belt and getting the backend management to a well-oiled machine, I have grown this business into Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals, LLC. and Professional Hosting Services for other property owners.

Fun fact: Dam Near Lake of Egypt Cabins is a pun to help identify our location- Near Lake of Egypt, but not waterfront. We are just 1 mile from Lake of Egypt's dam. ;-)

- Husband, Michael is a USCG Captain, fantastic wakeboarder and a spirited entrepreneur
- Allison is a military combat veteran, homeschool mom and new entrepreneur
- We have been married for 18 years and have 2 kiddos, a loyal mutt, a docile Great Dane and a couple of lazy felines
- When we aren't working, we love fellowship with others around a good campfire or working on house projects.
