Easy access to Hobart International Airport, 13 mins shuttle from our door, 1:15 mins to Melbourne 1:55 mins to Sydney and 455,000 people in the whole island state.

Experience the feeling of living in an original 1840s' building in the ultimate central position, walkable, no car required. Our guests may wish to experience a higher level of comfort than a hotel room provides.

Elegant apartment within an 1828 built Heritage Georgian Stone Building in Hobart, two streets from Constitution Dock. The building is part of the only remaining Georgian CBD Intersection in Australia, combining the Treasury building, St Davids Cathedral (Monday night the bells peal of an hour) a real sense of history being here.The other two corners house legal firms and the Stone buildings of which 137 Macquarie St is part of.

The building and associated apartments have keyless access via a keypad at the front door of Macquarie Street and at each of the apartments. Allowing guests to enter upon arrival without having to formally check in.

The other apartment in this building owned by the same owner is a One Bedroom Apartment.

No persons under 12, small babies welcome, Baby Bjorn available.

Spacious room with Grohe Shower and Bath fittings - Heated floors and complimentary Molton and Brown toiletries. Generous bathroom linen with guest robes.

Kitchen -
Miele and Liebherr kitchen applicancies including Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Condenser Dryer, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Vintec wine fridge with private cellar of Tasmanian Wines, at listed prices for convenience.

Living/Dining -
Overlooking some of Macquarie Streets' influential buildings, including the Tasmanian Club and the Queen Mary Club. Elegant furnishings with Sony iPod Dock and 46" Samsung 3D LED LCD TV. Original Georgian flooring with Antique rug.

General Amenities include an Ironing Board & Iron and an Electronic Safe.

Baby Bjorn Travel Cot available upon request.

The apartment is non smoking and is serviced daily.

Bed Linen and towels are supplied, in addition to full kitchen facilities. Cots are available by prior arrangement,cot linen is not provided.
Permitted Use of the property is for quiet enjoyment, parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The property is not equipped for large groups or functions. Disturbance to our neighbours (including excessive noise) is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
No smoking inside, no pets allowed.
Any breach of the above conditions permits the owner to refuse the access code, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your tariff.
The owners take no responsibility for tenants’ personal property during their stay. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are tenants’ responsibility

COVID PRECAUTIONS

The apartments pre Covid era were serviced daily, now we are spreading the time between guests to allow for deep cleaning and airing. The garbage disposal is in courtyard at rear of building .
We appreciate used towels bathmats are placed in the laundry bag after use.
There is hand sanitiser on lobby level and within the apartment. We appreciate that areas of frequent use are sprayed with surface spray in the apartment for further protection.

Other Items

Bookings are to be a minimum of 3 nights unless by arrangement. Description of the property is given in good faith and no responsibility for misinterpretation will be accepted. Refunds will not be given if you are not satisfied with the accommodation.
