Villa Tamara invites you to spend an unforgettable holiday in Zavala, the nicest inlet on Hvar, Dalmatia’s sunniest Island.

Villa Tamara offers you accommodations in 5 colorful luxurious two bedroom apartments, each with a private bath and balcony: the VIP apartment (100m2 floor space) on the top floor, and 4 two bedroom apartments (50m2 floor space) of which two are located on the first floor and two on the second floor. The apartments are painted in variety of natural island colors (lavender, rosemary, warm yellow, and soft orange), creating an atmosphere of harmony and relaxation.

Each apartment has an open kitchen/living room/dining area. Large double doors open out onto the apartment's private balcony with expansive views of the sea. All the apartments have air-conditioning, Internet access and LCD satelite TV.

Complimentary covered guest parking is available. The apartments are ideally located for easy access to the loveliest swimming beaches in Zavala and romantic walks along the shoreline.

It takes about 15 minutes by car from the port of Stari Grad to Jelsa (about 10km), and another 15 min from Jelsa to Zavala. Zavala has delightful restaurants, cafés, an open air market, and a local grocery store.

Villa Tamara is a place where, through the lush nature and the intoxicating scents of lavender, rosemary and oleander, you can experience the Mediterranean as it used to be.

Finally, 100 meters from Villa Tamara there are three lovely pebbly beaches. Protected from the north by an oleander wall, and from the east and west by rocks, and beaches faces south and is bathed in sun during the whole day.

Since 1974, Jadran Lazic has been one of the world’s top news and celebrity photographers. His photos have been syndicated internationally to elite magazines such as Time, Newsweek, Paris Match, hello, Gala, stern, People and In Style. His discerning artistic eye helped him to capture Newsweek’s prized Picture of the Year in 1982 for his coverage of former Soviet Union party leader Leonid Brezhnev.

He began his career as a sports photographer, but Jadran quickly changed gears when he put himself into line of fire while covering the war between Iran and Iraq during 1980’s.

After dodging bullets and skirting death, Lazic decided to make his mark in Hollywood, aiming his trusty camera at the stars. And now, with over 300 covers to his credit, Lazic has earned the honor of being one of the world’s finest celebrity photographers. The famous stars that have posed for him reads like veritable Who’s Who list of film icons. Marlon Brando, Faye Dunaway, Robert De Niro, Richard Gere, Sean Penn, Jodie Foster and Johnny Depp, among others, have had their images caught dead center in bulls eye of Lazic’s viewfinder.
