The apartment has one bedroom where there is a queen size bed and a single bed. There is also an en-suite bathroom. In the lounge/dining room there is a double sofa bed. There is a TV in both the bedroom and the dining room.
There is free, unlimited parking in front of house and also on nearest side street 50m away.
There is always someone on hand if you require anything. There are new pillows, new sheets, new covers.

The Area

Take a 5 minute walk to Illawarra Rd and there you will find one of the oldest and best Greek bakery, award winning cafes and a wide variety of Vietnamese restaurants. Hop on the 423 bus and in 10 minutes you're in the vibrant precinct of Newtown with it's eclectic bars, cafes and restaurants.

Transport

Marrickville railway station is on the Bankstown Line of the CityRail network. The inner west line can be accessed from nearby stations of Stanmore and Petersham. Buses also run regularly along the main roads!
