“Rich, Sophisticated, home of the most photographed street in America. Beacon Hill is a collection of incredible architecture, amazing shopping, and direct access to Boston Commons. Take a walk through the winding cobblestone streets, Take a photo on Acorn Street, then make your way down Charles Street to enjoy the ambiance and cafe's. I highly recommend a stop at J.P Licks, a Boston based Ice Cream shop with amazing Cookie Sandwiches. ”

“Home to Fenway Park, this area of the city existed long before the Red Sox. In fact, the park was named after the neighborhood. You’ll find many bars and restaurants in the area surrounding the ballpark, as well as rapid development and new skyscrapers that benefit off of the business of the baseball game attendees. For this reason, there’s almost always something to do in this neighborhood. It’s also where you can check out Kenmore Square, a large part of the Emerald Necklace, the Back Bay Fens, and cultural landmarks like the Museum of Fine Arts and Symphony Hall.”

“Traditionally, South Boston was a working-class neighborhood. It houses multiple industries and businesses like Gillette, which still employs many locals today. The area is also transitioning to a trendy hotspot for restaurants, hotels, and bars, part of which is now referred to as the “Seaport District.” Residents enjoy the waterfront and the skyline views of downtown as well as the nearby beaches and parks. You’ll also find Dorchester Heights here, where George Washington’s army set up cannons to force the British out of Boston in 1776.”

“Largely a student neighborhood; very close to BU. Despite that, tons of great casual dining options. Heavy Asian influence - check out Yelp around the corners of Harvard Ave. & Brighton Ave. and Harvard Ave. & Commonwealth Ave.! Tip - Harvard Ave. turns into Harvard St. as it runs south and heads from Boston into Brookline. ”

“Cambridge is the home to a couple of schools you may have heard of. Harvard and MIT...ring a bell? Cambridge boasts having an urban intellectual vibe (Thanks to those little schools I mentioned before). There are a slew of Restaurants, bars, and cafe's lining the streets, while parks and jogging paths wind along the Charles river. If you want a leisurely day exploring incredible architecture, walking down the winding path of the Charles, or gorging yourself on delicious food, then Cambridge is the place to be....don't forget to take a glimpse of the North End from across the river. In my opinion it is the best view of Boston ”
