Ideally located spacious, open plan, bright ground floor apartment. All mod cons. Sleeps 4 plus infant if requested. Large Queen bedroom, sofa bed with own separate wardrobe. Large bathroom. High spec kitchen, granite worktop, washer, cooker, fridge. Set in lovely garden in Cratloe Hills. Central to Shannon Airport and many of tourist destinations, Bunratty Castle, Adare, Killaloe, King John's Castle, Dromoland Castle, The Burren & Birds of Prey Centre, Cliffs of Moher, Doolin, Aillwee Cave.
Our ground floor apartment is situated in a beautiful garden. Lovely for a morning walk before breakfast or 5 minutes from here you can jog or walk in Cratloe woods. We are only 5 minutes from Bunratty Castle where they host banquets nightly along with its lovely folk village and park, just 10 mins from Shannon Airport. 35 mins from Cliffs of Moher and Doolin, 15 mins from King Johns Castle in Limerick City which also has historical and tourist attractions. Dromoland Castle, amazing for afternoon tea or dinner and Craggaunowen a bronze age village and 16th century castle is also close. The picturesque village of Adare a must see and Killaloe village on Lough Derg are less than 30 mins away. Just some of the historical trips you can take using here as a base. Please let me know if there is anything I can help you with regarding your trip and I will help you in any way I can.
This is a very quiet neighbourhood, in the country side, yet close to the city center. We are by a wooded area which is wonderful for strolls or jogging and theres a lovely childrens play ground made with natural wood at the entrance. Makes me wish I was a kid. Also, theres a lake there and picnic benches. We are very central to a lot of activities to do only short road trips away. We are also close to Bunratty Castle with lots of amazing restaurants to eat in there. Along with a day spent in Bunratty village folk park recreated and dated back centuries, the banquets at the castle are great. Gallaghers seafood restaurant is my favourite. In Limerick The Locke Bar (no relation) hold nightly Irish nights with music and Irish dancing free, the food there is fab, try their chicken wings. Limerick has a lot of history, try the open bus tour or the walking tour of Irish town and English town where you see the old walls of Limerick. There are many lovely restaurants in Limerick too. House and The Copper Rooms are a couple I love. The Cliffs are a must see too. They are spectacular, I have visited there so many times and I never tire of them. The Burren with its rare flowers and rock formations beside the village of Kinvara (45 mins away) is a lovely day trip too. Kilkee seaside is an hour away, beautiful natural pollock holes, (large volcanic holes which can be swam in when the tide is out) and cliff walks, another lovely day trip idea. All of the castles and village I mentioned in The Trip make for a wonderful day trip too, you could bring a picnic or eat at a local restaurant or pub, Durty Nellies pub and restaurant beside Bunratty Castle is a must, I particularly love their fish and chips. The Guiness is great there too.

Todellinen vastine rahalle. Solange on todellakin superisäntä !!! Suosittelen hänen paikkaa kaikille, jotka haluavat käydä Limerickissä.

    Douglas2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • Solange on ihana isäntä. Talo on myös loistavalla paikalla, lähellä kaupunkia

    Derek2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Tämän yön Airbnb-koneemme peruutettiin viime hetkellä. Solange oli tarpeeksi mukava isännöidä meitä, vaikka olisimmekin myöhässä. Hän pelasti matkan ja oli erittäin vieraanvarainen.
