Guests of the King Bee Adventure Club will meet at a predetermined starting point along our most popular recreational river. A thorough tutorial will take place to familiarize beginners with the requirements and set expectations. Everything needed to safely navigate our waterways will be provided as well as helpful hands along the way as needed. Having spent many years traveling this stretch of water we will be able to share facts regarding the local wildlife and landscape. You will enjoy a relaxing controlled paddling float along the calm lazy river. Once the trip has concluded a rideshare will be provided to return guests to their vehicles. Other things to note This experience has a modular aspect. Once you book the date we will be in close contact to discuss any special needs or requests you may have. Whether you're a seasoned Artist - or just beginning, you'll be amazed at your own creativity during this Experience! I've had the privilege of living among the Red Rocks of Sedona area for 35 years. So I have a good grasp of where we can sit, peacefully in the magnificence of these giant monuments. I have a couple of destinations in mind. They're both short walks. Either way, we'll be shaded from the sun . . . if we choose! We'll break out the art materials that I've brought along. I will give a brief overview of Composition & Color . . . to ease into this Experience. We will probably draw the scene in pencil, first. Once you feel comfortable with your 'loose' drawing, then begins the painting magic! In a couple of hours, we will discuss our art finished masterpieces! Get ready, because there will be some surprises - as your art piece progresses! I don't want to give it ALL away - but I know you'll enjoy your Watercolor Experience 'en plein air' with me, as your guide. Welcome into an oasis for your Heart and Soul! We will be in a beautiful stone circle oasis in the Heart of Sedona. This experience can be just for you, you and a loved one, or a whole group. In the Sedona Soul Session we will begin with a little tune in listening to what's present for you. Then laying down we connect deeper with the land of Sedona and to the beat of the drum we open sacred space and I will guide a meditation into the heart for healing and homecoming. The soul session is gentle laying of healing hands, and may also include essential oils, sounds, soul songs, etc depending on what's guided forth. We invite you to enjoy the simple pleasure of a one-on-one horse experience in a calm, natural and meditative environment. In these personalized equine immersion sessions you can interact with the horse of your choice from our family of six beautiful and friendly horses. Each visit start with a brief review on horse safety before introductions to the horses. Once you have selected the horse that speaks to you, I will introduce you to that particular animal, educate you about their special breed or qualities, and lead you into a meditative mood and hands-on touch-therapy and grooming session. Guests will then lead the horse on a trust-building walk around our 5 acres. Once guests are comfortable we will walk out into the pasture where horse can be allowed to range free. If you and horse have made a connection the horse will follow you around in quiet companionship. This open air walk is great for building trust, empathy, and confidence. All of our horses enjoy petting and connecting with guests and offer the opportunity for you to find your own sort of connection. No riding is permitted. We are handicap accessible and no prior horse experience is necessary. I will lightly guide you through your session and be nearby during the free range portion of the visit. Sessions will end with you thanking your horse with a treat. Other times/dates are available upon request.

We will be E biking the Red Rock Loop Rd. where beautiful Cathedral Rock sits. Visiting a federal park and see unique sights along the way. Birdwatching, hiking, and cool photography are included in ride. The guide is knowledgeable about the area and knows the local secret spots to explore and photograph. You get the very best that Sedona offers and a great way to familiarize yourself with the area. The bikes are suitable for 14 yo and up and most fitness levels. Minimum 4’11”. It is optimum to be physically fit. The tour lasts 2-1/2-3 hours We bike most of the time, but take a few breaks to talk about the area, and small hiking excursions, excellent for taking exclusive photographic shots of Cathedral Rock and the Cathedral Rock Vortex. We visit Oak Creek and basque in the beautiful trees and beaches.

Please read below before booking!*** Although the view outside was spectacular, the passerbys now that come to play disc golf have often been very loud & negligent of the shared space, interrupting the sensitive nature of sound journeys So I only host outdoor experiences now for private parties/small groups upon specific request. Guests will arrive at designated address, where I will greet them. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. We will start by getting grounded with a light meditation, then a prayer circle of intention setting. I offer the option of administering rapay (pronounced hapeh) a blend of herbs and ground South American tobacco as a precursor and aid to the shamanic soundbath. I highly recommend partaking in it, as it PROFOUNDLY and immediately roots the spirit and body straight into the grid. We then begin facilitating a guided ceremony of psychosomatic therapy using sound bowls, chanting & shamanic drumming. For closing, I channel with/without my card deck, where I tap into the unconscious of each guest & communicate any messages that want to come through from the deep. These messages can be very cathartic.

Aura Reading Party For fun, laughs, and surprising insight into your friend group or family! Looking for something fun to do with your family or friends while in Sedona? Why not have an Aura Reading Party!? Have fun as you learn about each others’ colors and patterns. Have you ever wondered why your talents are different from others in your family? Or, why is it that one friend always seems to be the fixer while another is the emotional rock? Through an Aura Reading Party, you can learn about new or unique traits that you have, how people see and perceive you, some stressors to look out for, and what you can do to give back to you. At the end of the Aura Reading Party, the whole group dynamics will briefly be assessed to see how you can all support and better work with each other. This experience is for solo querents or couples, as for the session, we go deep into each individual's psyche for the the full hour. Conscious Breathing Meditation involves directing awareness to the breath and developing habits that improve respiration. Conscious breathing can aid in stress reduction and improve respiratory conditions. Doing this in our retreat center takes both Conscious Breathing and Meditation to another level. For many centuries yogis have used breath control, or pranayama, to promote concentration and improve vitality. Buddha advocated breath-meditation as a way to reach enlightenment. Science has only recently begun to study and prove some breathing practices are beneficial. Studies have found, for example, that breathing practices can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression. We will start the class with focused attention to the breath following specific breath techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the lymphatic system and to slow the brain waves to a low alpha or theta. I will be using a Tibetan Singing Bowl and guided visualization to enhance your experience. You will have the option to lay down or sit on cushions or on a chair. It will be a healing experience.
