Experience a pedal assist ride up the beach during the day or a night ride out, get an icecream then enjoy the return ride back to base. This is totally fun. Other guest have totally enjoyed the experience.

Sippy Downs has an Internationally known University, both public & private schools & great shopping centres. Restaurants are well patronised also, with a Tavern centrally located. Cinemas are also nearby. The parks and walkways are fun & relaxing, with great birdlife, ducks, swans, geese are some of the domestic birdlife with other small & larger birds to sit & enjoy. This is how Sippy Downs got its name from the Aboriginal word for "birds": dhippi, or jippi. Great for riding your bike also.
