On the ground floor is The Carousel Bar. This bar is a real rotating carousel. You slowly spin while enjoying a cocktail. The ceiling is made up of tiny fiber optic lights that look like stars.

This place is truly remarkable. It takes about 4 hours to get through the museum. It shows WWII from all perspectives. Very eye opening. Then there is the Victory Theatre as well.
