This is a beautiful area to get out of town, enjoy the peace. In the summer you can pick berries, camp, enjoy the 24 hours of daylight. In the winter you don't have to worry about light pollution, you can see the Aurora with ease.

This is Alaska...
This state is larger than most realize. There is limited cell phone service. I highly recommend being prepared for everything, weather can change in an instant. I offer guests a Satellite device that can be used for emergencies or just checking in while out of cell coverage. My information is preloaded for distress, should you have any problems you can use the device to contact me from anywhere. I allow it for the duration of your stay for a fee to cover the service.
