This is the best pie place around! The fresh dough/pepperoni/extra cheese is the best ever! I grew up enjoy the buffalo wings and pizza from here for football games and parties. It's a culinary heaven in Lonaconing! :) It's within walking distance or they will deliver. The owner is the mayor of Lonaconing so it is nice to know that you are supporting small business U.S.A.*** Be sure to have cash though, they do not accept Visa/credit. *** Their phone number for carryout or delivery is 301-463-2227 .

Rocky Gap Casino is a great spot to have fun near to our cottage. They have table games and slot machines. Often times the minimum bet at the tables is only $5, a real bargain! They have great food options too! Try their coffee bar, or their American cuisine breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet with gorgeous lake view, or they have a great sit-down restaurant too. In my opinion, they serve the best crab-cakes around! Sometimes they have comedy shows or other special music/ adult entertainment.

This is the pool that I enjoyed as a child and still return every summer with my own wee ones. The beauty of the mountains is exceptional. There is a snack shack and life guards are present. It is a great place to bond with your family and meet new friends. Clean, fun pool with a slide and a baby pool area.

I love the down-town Cumberland area! There are some cute boutiques and a great antique store. Curtis Coney Island Famous Weiners is a 100 year old favorite! Enjoy the retro vibe and bargain hotdog lunch with a classic vanilla or cherry fountain coke ! Also, a coffee bistro and the Baltimore Street Grill are some local favorite culinary spots.
