San Elijo Hills - This small town is less than a mile from our place. It's a great place to walk around, grab a bite to eat or a drink. There is also a Albertsons, Savon Pharmacy and Chevron Gas station in town. The SEH Fountain and park in the middle of town is also a great place to sit and enjoy an outdoor picnic.

There is also a Albertsons, Savon Pharmacy and Chevron Gas station in town. The SEH Fountain and park in the middle of town is also a great place to sit and enjoy an outdoor picnic.
Carlsbad's newest craft brewery that's everyone's new favorite. Try their popular Treevana IPA. The brewery does not have a restaurant, but they do have food trucks come by on certain days. Check their website for hours.

World famous Stone Brewery has amazing beer, food and an incredible dining experience both inside or out in the garden. A must see while you are in San Diego. Check their website for tours of the brewery - we highly recommend.

North San Diego Hot Spots
North SD Coastal is known for its world-famous beaches, surf breaks, micro-breweries and attractions including Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, Torrey Pines and La Costa golf courses. It's also an easy drive to the San Diego Zoo, Safari Park and downtown and less than 2 hours to Disneyland/LA. Elfin Forest is located in North San Diego County, a hidden gem in the countryside, close to beaches and coastal towns.
Hiking and biking is popular in North San Diego. There are amazing bike trails in the countryside as well as all along the coast.
