I love to grab a sandwich and take it out to the cliffs for lunch! My favorite is the Thanksgiving Day After, but all of them are delicious and HUGE! Definitely sharable! Also a good idea to order for a beach day, just be careful not to let the seagulls steal!

Our favorite breakfast place on MDI! The blueberry pancakes with maple syrup are amazing, the lobster omelet is great and all of their quiche dishes are phenomenal! Every single waitress is fabulous!

Great trail that is not particularly long or hard but offers amazing views!
Diver Ed has moved his show up to Eastport, which I know is a bit of a drive from Bar Harbor. However, I HIGHLY recommend this tour- especially for families with kids. Ed is extremely entertaining- the adults will enjoy the show just as much. Worth the drive and the money!

Awesome place to spend the day with family! We love Sand Beach, but the waves aren't as big here and there's a dock the kids can jump off.

Catch the boat in Northeast Harbor for a day trip out to the Cranberry Isles. You can pay extra to take your bike. Makes for a fun day of pedaling around and seeing MDI from the outer islands!

Super easy, scenic walking path right in downtown Bar Harbor. Start at the harbor's edge and walk to the other end then you can walk into town and hit up the shops and grab an ice cream on the way back to the car!
