Well known attractions are Anakeesta, SkyLift Park, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and many more. Miniature golf and mountain coasters are very popular here. As you head up East Parkway you'll find UTV rentals, Ziplining and Horseback riding available.

Use the free Gatlinburg Trolley to avoid parking fees.
The Gatlinburg Trolley has several stops on East Parkway. You can park across from the Food City grocery store at 1219 East Pkwy which is approx. 10 minutes from the lodge, then jump on the trolley. This will save you time and money in finding and paying for parking downtown.

Friday & Saturday nights the Parkway can be a "parking lot"
Prepare for stop and go traffic along the Parkway in Gatlinburg up through Pigeon Forge on weekends and during peak seasons. Patience will be a necessity.

A fleece sweatshirt under a windbreaker will work perfectly for a cool and rainy day, that warms up by afternoon.

Pancake houses are generally closed by 3 p.m. Restaurants are often closed by 9 p.m. and some will be closed midweek days based on seasonality (January - March)

A lesser known entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains Nat'l Park is located only 11 minutes from Creekside Lodge on Hwy 321.
