This store is a block from our house and an absolute gem. THE place for homemade cheeses, yogurts, sauerkrauts, hummus, dressings, kombuchas… plus bulk flours, grains, and some staples. In the cooler months they also have fresh greens and veggies.

La Patrona Beach Club in the nearby town of San Pancho (15 mins or so south of LDM on the 200) is a great spot if you want to splurge in fancy surroundings. You pay a day pass and can use their facilities for the day: infinity pool, cabanas, loungers & umbrellas, changing room with showers, beach access, plus a full bar and restaurant. Drinks and food are US-not-cheap-prices but also really high quality! The fish tacos are amazing.

This is a gorgeous women-owned shop that offers organic & vegan ingredients, as well as herbal medicine and lots of lovely natural products. The owners Katy & Sofia are super friendly people, tell them Lizanne & Cheri sent you!
