We are in the heart of beautiful Marin County. Of course San Francisco is fun, and a quick drive or Ferry ride away, but check the weather! If it’s cold and foggy in the City, there’s plenty to do in sunny Marin!
9 miles to the North, Sausalito is a classic destination, with unparalleled views of the SF skyline, touristy trinket shops and some hidden gems. For a real treat, try the famous Sushi Ran on Caledonia, make the effort to find Fish, enjoy happy hour at Seafood Peddler, play a round at Bar Bocce, have a beer and a fried chicken sandwich at the Joinery. Keep driving through town and make a loop into the Marin Headland. As always, CHECK THE WEATHER! Bay Area Micro-climates can bring 4 Seasons in a day. Anywhere near the coast has a chance or wind and fog, even(especially) if it’s 90 degrees inland
