Never forget to drink a Spritz when in Venice.
To be precise, the classic original spritz was invented in this region and you can try it in 3 different versions, 2 are already famous abroad (with Aperol or with Bitter Campari).
There is a third option for the spritz, less known but very typical in Venice and lighter, to be enjoyed anytime of the day. It's the Spritz Bianco. Meaning white Spritz this is just Soda water (Seltzer) and Wine, with a slice of lemon.
Try your own Bàcaro Tour, and have a Cicheto (bite) and a Spritz Bianco in each place you find!
