With so much too see and do here is a list of favourites.
Walk along the Split promenade we call the "Riva". Enjoy a coffee in one of the many cafe's. Climb up the bell tower of St. Duje's church for a view of the city and surrounding islands. Tour Diocletian's Palace and try to spot the filming locations of Game of Thrones or take a guided tour.

Small gift shops of hand made and local merchants can be found in the cellar's of Diocletian's Palace.

Climb the Marjan stairs to the top of the Hill for a view of the whole city. You can rent bikes at the Marjan's north gates or walk along the beautiful promenade. There are many little secluded beaches along this nature walk a perfect place to cool down during the hot summer days.

The larger more popular beaches of Split are Kašuni, Bačvice and Žnjan. However, you will find many little inlets and bays where you can cool down durning the hot summer days.
