I know it is kind of far but if you plan to take the trip around ponte milvio, maybe see a Rome football match etc. and you find yourself in the area, I really recommend you to go to this place, good food, very popular and Italian feel. I love this place.

I guess I can't have a Rome guide book without putting in the vatican? Easy to get to using the metro from Piazza Vittorio, Use exit Ottaviano. I do however recommend to spend your entire day there if you go as it is huge, long lines, really impressive and so much to see!
