I've lived next to Katz's for over a decade and still go every month. It's one of my favorite comfort food spots. My favorite is the pastrami Reuben, but their Knishes and Matzo ball soup are also must try. The line is basically unavoidable during the day, so I suggest going later in the evening.

The best ramen in NYC. Amazing flavor without being overly salty. The noodles are always cooked perfectly. I have tried and love them all. The pork buns are also a must try!

I love the Pancetta Parmigiano and Mushrooms risotto (Wednesdays), short rib tortellini (Sundays). The chicken parm is my favorite and is always available. They serve a unique olive oil and beans dish with the bread that is amazing. Cozy vibe and friendly staff make it a must visit.

Great fried chicken and southern food. I like the chicken and waffles and the shrimp and grits.
