Dear Guest, I’m looking forward to host you in Castiglioncello! Here you can some useful information you should know about the house and some tips related to Castiglioncello. - The Address is: Via Aurelia, 1111 (Castiglioncello) Rosignano Marittimo LI. The Gate is Green in a Victorian Style. - Always be careful when you are entering with your car into the gate because the Villa is located on the Vecchia Aurelia which is pretty dangerous and if coming from Castiglioncello you need to Turn left in order to enter the gate. If coming from Leghorn side you just need to turn right making a large curve. - You need a car to reach the centre since the villa is based on the seaside, 2km from the centre. Otherwise, I provide you the cab’s number, just in case you need it (since is a private cab company I suggest you to agree a price with the driver). - At your arrival My mother Angela will be at the place but she doesn’t speak English very well. Anyway this is my number I will be at your disposal for any information: 0039334836300 - In the kitchen you will find the keys to get access to the beaches in order to open the gates. - In the kitchen, where the pots are located, you can find the gas tape. Gas will be already opened at your arrival, I kindly ask you to close it once you leave. - Next to the kitchen you can find a closet with some useful products for your journey (Trash bags, detergents, ect.). - The garden is pretty huge, I recommend you to explore it all in order to find the best spots for your journey. From the 3000mq garden there are stairs to access two different beaches, one with rocks, the other one with sand. - Be always careful when you go downstairs to beach and on the sand, same things when you’re walking through the rocks. - From the living Room, next to the middle door on the patio you can find a control panel with switches to switch on the light on the rocks. Same thing in the kitchen, the highest switches you find are connected to the lights in front of the house. - Best Bar in Castiglioncello is definitely Ginori in the main square, you can enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast with cappuccino and cornetto. - My favorite restaurants in Castiglioncello are: Il porticciolo, Lo scolapasta, Il Cardellino, Il Romito. I suggest to take a look at Castello Pasquini in Castiglioncello, and have a nice trip of Leghorn, which is pretty similar to Venice :)
