Rustic Bakery is another favorite place for lunch. You have two choices. One at Larkspur landing and another on Magnolia Ave. Both are great. We prefer Larkspur Landing because of the access to all the other shops there.

A great spot for cocktail and dinner. We eat at the bar and hang with the locals. There is also a cheaper option at their pizzeria next door. They make an awesome pizza!

If you are going to take a trip to wine country this is the BEST Italian you have ever eaten. Tell Chef Dino we said hello. And you can stop by his bar The Gun Club in the same building. 1hr 20mins from our home.

Best dive bar in the 'hood. Play some pool or shuffle board while you watch the locals. Popular with everyone from the blue collar workers to the trust fund kids (who are no longer kids but haven't worked a day in their lives!)

If you want to see what Marin was like in the 70's take a 10 min drive to Farifax. The last of the hippies in Marin live there. Definitely worth a looksee

Just an hour up the 101 is our favorite wine country town of Healdsburg. It's what Napa was before it became Disneyland for oenophiles.

If you have to...it's only an hours drive away. And if you ain't been there then it's a must. We love Meadowood, Los Alcobas (if you need to stay there) and The Prisoner Winery.
