Food Scene
Their food is absolutely delicious! I love the Italian sausage sandwich with green chile strip and provalone cheese. I also love their Fettucine Alfredo with chicken breast, but then again I love their red sauce spaghetti with sausage and meatball. Can't go wrong in this little gem! Closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Their food is so fresh and delicious! My favorite is the combo plate with fried rice, chicken chow mien, sweet and sour pork, and beef and broccoli. You also get an eggroll, crab Rangoon, and soup of the day, plus tea. I don't eat much so this meal lasts me 3 days! Lots of food! Very clean and friendly.

They have been open since 1938. Local landmark known for their "Big Brother", menudo, chile fries, etc. Friendly atmosphere, too!

Sightseeing
Free drive up to the rest. Trinidad sign and grave of George Simpson, former county clerk & recorder. His wish was to be buried on top. Earlier he had diverted a band of Indians wanting to wreak havoc on the town and he had them chasing him in and out of caves, etc. until they gave up and moved on from atop Simpson's Rest. Great aerial view of Trinidad. Gates close at dusk so go early.
