Great bar to sit and enjoy a beverage with views of the Valdez Harbor! They also have a more formal dining room. They have an extensive menu with steaks, burgers, seafood and salads which is available in the bar and dining room. They only serve food Tuesday - Saturday but the bar is open 7 days a week.

Sightseeing
Don’t miss the pass if you have a vehicle. It’s a must see. There is a large pull out to your left at the top after blueberry lake. This is a good spot to stop and explore! Walk down to the rocks and enjoy the view!

Summer and fall are the only times for this scenic drive. You’ll experience some serious Jurassic Park vibes! Its a little rough and bumpy and you can only drive to the waterfall and then I suggest you turn around there.

Walking path near the house
There’s a beautiful waking path near the house that will take you to a waterfall and that leads to the harbor. If you are leaving the house - take a left towards where the hospital is. You’ll see the path across the street to your left. You can see the trail from the kitchen window. When you come to a crossroads a ways down the path take a left - you will see a building - this is an information center about the spawning fish. Feel free to walk behind the information center and there is a beautiful little waterfall. If you take a right on the path crossing - you can head into downtown.
