Tradition faith, Gimle, in collaboration with Roskilde municipality, organizes free concerts in the City Park four Tuesdays in July. The children's entertainment starts at. 18.30 and there is music from kl. 19.30 with the great danish musicions; Wafande, Jacob Dinesen, Johnny Madsen Band and Folkeklubben.
The concerts will, like last year, take place at a stage at the bottom of the Town Park and play against Pipers Hus. This gives a good view of a much larger audience and the concerts are framed by the beautiful view over the Roskilde Fjord.

It's not hard to understand why the Vikings chose to place the city just here.
Skjoldungestierne is a network of trails, such as Runs from Roskilde through the cozy village of Gl. Lejre , according to the legend, were the home of Skjoldungerne.
The tour brings you through the swamp forest, past ancient ancient, stone walls, water mills and other cultural-historical memories. Take the good hiking boots on.
