Wear layers
San Diego has a lovely, mild climate, but the temperature does fluctuate during the day. Early mornings can be chilly and sometimes foggy. Usually by mid-day if its clear the sun is warming us all up! You may start your day in a sweatshirt and beanie, and be on the beach in your bathing suit by the afternoon!
