My favorite place to have a healthy MATCHA tea and use my laptop. This place has such a friendly and quant vibe. The treats are unique and of high quality. ALSO, if you stay till close (7pm usually) they will give you the bakery items for free instead of putting them in the trash.

8 Minute walk to Magnolia strip with lots of wonderful modern and historic type hops. Options of high quality food and coffee places AND the famous PORTOS Bakery (3614 W Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA 91505) you will find there is always a line there!
Check out Downtown Burbank (5 min drive) for great food, shopping, walking, live music on weekends, ACM theater, indoor and outdoor mall, and seasonal decor.

Great place to walk, shop, and play. Get a HOLLYWOOD feeling with the magic of this place. I grew up here and there are often live musicians/entertainers, fun things for adults/kids, huge movie theater.
There is a free tram that takes you up from Lankershim street and the bus station. BUT BEWARE PARKING IN THE BUS PARKING LOT (they will give tickets. Youre better off taking uber/lyft or take lankershem south of Ventura blvd finding a street with no signs (1nice 10 min walk through the neighborhood.

This place is really neat. Nice look into the history of Burbank. Free too. I think hours are specific to Saturdays but take a look online to see updates.
