If you are looking for Mexican food one evening, PR's is your place. The Tex Mex food is great, and they have IMO the best frozen Margaritas in Orlando. Very casual, with active bar and outdoor seating.

Due Amici (or Two Friends) is a new Italian restaurant on Edgewater Drive (at corner of Princeton St.) and is already doing very well. They serve pizza as well as popular pasta dishes. Pretty good wine selection too. Outdoor seating is available in an attractive Pergola area.

Actually, I do know that Napasorn is Thai for Angel, the name of a server there (and owner's daughter). Parking can be a little challenging downtown, so you may want to consider Uber, Lyft, or Curb (the Taxi app)

This is Orlando's "high end" mall, which stores like Gucci, Chanel, Rolex, and Louis Vuiton, to name a few. They also have popular anchors like Macy's and Bloomingdale's. And there are a number of great restaurants there as well: Capital Grill, Cheesecake Factory, and Brio Italian Bistro are my favorites

You can tell from the decor in our guest house that we are interested in Florida history, and Central Florida history in particular. Many of the artifacts and art pieces in our guest house we purchased at an auction at the Orange County Regional History Center. This museum occupies the old Orange County Courthouse, which is interesting in itself. If you are a history buff or maybe just like the kitschy side of Florida, you have to check this place out. It is located in the center of downtown, next to the Orange County Library. There is a city parking garage on East Central Blvd., across from the library.

The downtown area gets pretty congested on weekends.
Parking can be a challenge on the weekends in downtown Orlando. There are a couple of City Garages available, but consider using Rideshare services, like Uber and Lyft, or maybe Curb, the taxi app.
