The lowlands are flat and picturesque and perfect for relaxed walks or bike rides for all ages. Traffic is unusual on the quiet lanes but you will see horses and cows in the paddocks. The Heidelberg School used the lowlands for their Impressionist paintings and The Artists Trail can be found around Powells Lane and Edwards Road.
