It is in Halcottsville, about 5 miles away. Kayaks are also rented there. Susan's Pleasant Pheasant Farm rents the kayaks. They also have bicycles and a swimming hole. A lovely spot.

Chappie's is the new Cassie's. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, closing at 9:00 PM. The food is very good and they have a cute little bar as well. An easy walk from our home. You can't miss it---the building is a lovely turquoise blue!!

Belleayre has a summer music program as well as a beach during the summer with an area for swimming and an area for paddle boat, kayak, row boat rentals.

During the summer, live music is offered with plenty of food and drinks.
Mountain biking is also popular during the summer.
We are lodging partners with Ski Plattekill and offer discounted tickets.
