This is famous park near Harajuku and Shibuya. In March and April, there are so many ppl enjoying Hanami (drinking alcohol with friends while looking at the cherry blossoms) .
But, what I want to suggest for basketball players is to play a basketball at yoyogi park. Here is super local. Yoyogi park is vast and you may not be able to find it. So, pls ask ppl walking at yoyogi park to find the spot.

This is like the shopping mall called midtown Roppongi. There are many restaurants but I recommend Knock for lunch past. Its just 1100yen roughly and you can have a look at Sakura trees from terrace. If you like to feel the air and have a look at Sakura in March, this place is nice.
