Or, you may choose to travel east from Fairfield and discover the Sacramento region, the gateway to California’s past. Walk around the Old Sacramento historic district, visit the California State Railroad Museum, the Crocker Art Museum and the State Capitol. Also near Fairfield is the California Delta and the world famous Napa Valley with its wineries, gourmet dining and Napa Valley Wine Train
